Before Application

Choose Your Adhesive Tabs

Choose based on your natural nail-bed shape:

• Curved nail beds → Thin Adhesive Tabs
  
• Flat nail beds → Thick Adhesive Tabs
  

Choose tabs for fit—not wear time.

Applying Your Nails

1. Apply the selected Adhesive Tab to your natural nail.
   
2. Make sure the tab sits flat without touching the surrounding skin.
   
3. Align the press-on near the cuticle.
   
4. Press firmly across the entire nail.
   

Wear Time

• Adhesive Tabs are best replaced daily.
  
• Depending on application and activity, they may stay in place for up to 3 days.
  
• Lifting may begin after Day 1.
  
• For longer wear, including 7+ days, use Professional Nail Glue, sold separately.

Warm-water soaking helps soften the Adhesive Tabs for a gentler removal.

1. Fill a bowl with warm, soapy water.
   
2. Soak your nails for 10–15 minutes, or until the Adhesive Tabs begin to soften.
   
3. Gently loosen the edges with the included cuticle stick.
   
4. Slowly lift the press-on from the sides.
   
5. If you feel resistance, soak again—never pull or force the nail off.
   

After removal, clean off any remaining adhesive before storing your press-on nails.
