Q: What shipping options do you offer for the International orders?
A: We offer two shipping options for U.S. orders:

  • Standard: $7 USD, or free for orders over $120 — 6-27 business days

  • Express: $14 USD, or free for orders over $250 — 3-5 business days

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. All domestic orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM AWST are typically processed the next business day.

Q: Are there any duties, taxes, or tariffs for international orders?
A: All taxes, fees, duties, and tariffs are included in our product price, so you won’t encounter any surprise fees upon delivery.

Q: What if my delivery is delayed?
A: Nailcissist is not responsible for any delays that occur after the parcel has left our facility. For more information, we recommend contacting your local post office.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, or for requests to receive a different style or size. Please review your order carefully before purchase.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
A: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at hello@theedgeessence.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Q: What are the requirements for an approved return?
A: To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item remains in the condition in which it was received

  • All components, including tool kits, remain unused and intact

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Q: How long will it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.

A: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
